The Type 42-10RS is a check valve or backflow prevention device designed to protect nitrogen and compressed air networks against backflow from directly connected systems. The regulator is opened when the upstream pressure is at least 3psi/5psi (0.2bar/0.3bar) greater than the downstream pressure. It is closed automatically when the downstream pressure rises to or above the value of the upstream pressure.

The regulator closes reliably to prevent backflow from the plant into the compressed air or nitrogen network. The soft-seated plug and seat trim complies with leakage class VI.

The Type 42-20 (and 42-25) self-operated differential pressure regulators are designed to work in large heating systems and general industrial applications. The differential pressure to be controlled is transmitted to the spring-loaded operating diaphragm in the actuator and converted into a positioning force to move the valve plug. The regulators control the differential pressure according to the adjusted set point.

The Type 42-20 is a differential pressure regulator for installation in a bypass pipe or short-circuit pipe with a fixed set point determined by the springs in the actuator.

The Type 42-24 self-operated differential pressure regulator is designed to work in large heating systems and general industrial applications. The differential pressure to be controlled is transmitted to the spring-loaded operating diaphragm in the actuator and converted into a positioning force to move the valve plug. The regulators control the differential pressure according to the adjusted set point.

The Type 42-24 is a differential pressure regulator for installation in a return flow pipe with set point adjuster via external springs.

The valve closes when the differential pressure rises.

The Type 42-25 (and 42-20) self-operated differential pressure regulators are designed to work in large heating systems and general industrial applications. The differential pressure to be controlled is transmitted to the spring-loaded operating diaphragm in the actuator and converted into a positioning force to move the valve plug. The regulators control the differential pressure according to the adjusted set point.

The Type 42-25 is a differential pressure regulator for installation in a bypass pipe or short-circuit pipe with set point adjuster via external springs set. The valve opens when the differential pressure rises.

The Type 42-36 self-operated flow regulator is designed to work in district heating and extended heating systems. The flow regulator is used to control the flow rate in the pipeline. The set point for the flow rate is adjusted at the restriction.

The Type 42-36 can be installed in the flow pipe or return flow pipe and has a setpoint adjustment via external springs. The valve closes when the flow rate rises.

Also available, the Type 42-36E has an electric actuator included in the configuration of the flow regulator.

The Type 45-9 flow regulator with closing actuator is designed for district heating systems, extended piping systems and general industrial applications. The regulator consists of a globe valve with adjustable restriction and an actuator. It controls the flow ate to the set point adjusted at the restriction (orifice).

The Type 45-9 is a flow regulator for installation in flow or return flow pipe with integrated restriction (orifice) for adjustment of the flow ate set point and set point spring.
