10a – PTFE-Lined High Performance Butterfly Valve

The Pfeiffer BR10a PTFE lined double eccentric control butterfly valve is designed for general service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 150 pressure class rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Pfeiffer BR10a design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The double eccentric design of this butterfly valve will reduce the breakaway torques required from the actuator.

The Pfeiffer BR10a can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.

10e – PTFE-Lined Centric Butterfly Valve

The Pfeiffer BR10e PTFE lined centric control butterfly valve is designed for general service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 150 pressure class rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Pfeiffer BR10e design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The centric design of this butterfly valve will require greater breakaway torques from the actuator.

The Pfeiffer BR10e can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.

20a – PTFE-Lined Ball Valve

The Pfeiffer BR20a PTFE lined ball valve is designed for general service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 150 pressure class rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Pfeiffer BR20a design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The design of this floating ball valve will have increased breakaway torques required from the actuator.

The Pfeiffer BR20a can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.

20b – PFA-Lined Ball Valve

The Pfeiffer BR20a PFA lined ball valve is designed for general service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 150 pressure class rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Pfeiffer BR20b design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The design of this floating ball valve will have increased breakaway torques required from the actuator.

The Pfeiffer BR20b can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.

23e – PTFE-Lined Rotary Plug Control Valve

The Pfeiffer 23e PTFE lined rotary plug valve is designed for general service application up to the limits of the ANSI 150 pressure class rating. These general service applications focus on extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Pfeiffer 23e design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The design of this rotary plug allows for bi-directional flow with flow pushing plug out of seat, the preferred direction for control valve applications and flow pushing plug into seat, the preferred direction for shut-off applications. The breakaway torque will be for these flow pushing plug out of seat is much less than that for flow pushing plug into seat.

The Pfeiffer 23e can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.

3335 – Lined Butterfly Control Valve

The Type 3335 centric lined butterfly control valve is designed for general service applications up to the limits of the ANSI 300 pressure class rating. The lined seat ring of the 3335 is made of either EPDM or PTFE which is ideal for tight sealing applications with extremely corrosive media found in chemical processes. The Type 3335 design increases flow capacities but also reduces the pressure recovery factor making the design more susceptible to cavitation, flashing, and flow noise generation. The centric design and lined seat ring of this butterfly valve will increase breakaway torques required from the actuator.

The Type 3335 can be assembled with a pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuator also offered by the SAMSON group to complete the control valve construction. These control valves are designed according to the modular assembly principle, can be equipped with SAMSON GROUP actuators and valve accessories such as positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves.
