Overview
Flow Line Valve and Controls, L.L.C. manufactures a wide range of high quality valve and actuator products for today’s diversified market place. Flow Line’s beginning approach was to start from the ground up and design a valve and actuator product line that encompasses all the latest industry standards, advanced engineering, and manufacturing techniques. Product types include Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Check Valves, and a complete line of Pneumatic and Electric Actuators, with an accompanying line of Automation Accessories. Flow Line’s manufacturing is based in the USA, incorporates a USA quality program, and has a large and extensive USA based inventory, which utilizes a highly trained and motivated sales force dedicated to bringing their valve and automation products to our customers with the highest level of quality and service possible.
Ball Valves
A full range of ball valves is available from ¼” to 4,” screwed, socket, and buttweld ends. The product range for flanged-end valves is from ½” to 12,” ANSI 150 to ANSI 2500. Various materials of construction are available. ISO 5211 mounting is standard throughout the product offering.
Butterfly Valves
Flow Line’s extensive line of butterfly valves range from resilient seated 1” to 84,” PTFE seated 1” to 24,” high performance 2” to 24,” triple offsets 2” to 24.” An extended variety of valve trim designates our inventory to be the most versatile butterfly valve inventory on the market. ISO 5211 mounting is standard throughout the product offering
Gate, Check, & Globe Valves
Gate and check valves with a size range of 2” to 36” are available with a variety of trims. Globe valves are available from 2” to 12.” ANSI 125 to ANSI 2500 are available throughout the size range
Automation
Flow line manufactures an extensive line of pneumatic actuators, with a torque range of 147 to 100,000 inch-pounds, and electric actuators with a torque range of 265 to 79,000 inch-pounds. A complete line of solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, manual overrides, gear operators, and other automation accessories completes our automation capabilities.
